What's it about?
This four-page manual contains my self-observed steps for dealing with feelings of fear in tennis. I outline 4 key steps to utilise for this. Each section concludes with a notebook entry from a match of mine as an example. These ideas can be introduced at all levels of this game - from playing your first match to pursuing a career playing our sport.
